Huw Williams was Exchange Director for an outgoing exchange to Netherlands and United Kingdom. The ambassadors were in Zeeland, Netherlands, April 25 to May 3, and Bristol, United Kingdom, May 3 to May 10. Many of the ambassadors stayed on after the exchange for a tour of Wales or other parts of the United Kingdom.

In Holland, the ambassadors saw the beautiful Keukenhof Gardens, as well as the cities of Middelburg and Fleisching.
