All the Zeeland Ambassadors |
Harry Yarbrough was exchange director for an exchange by ten ambassadors from Zeeland, Netherlands. May 22 to May 29, 2009.
The welcome party was hosted by Jim and Jean Goggin.
On Saturday, the ambassadors and many members of our club attended a barbecue dinner in Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia.
On Monday, the group went gold mining in Dahlonega, Georgia.
On Tuesday, the group visited the Tellus-Northwest Georgia Science Museum and the Booth Western Art Museum.
Wednesday was a day for downtown Atlanta--The World of Coke, and a tour of CNN Studios.
The farewell party was held at Ryan's Steak House in Dawsonville.
The ambassadors went home or on to other adventures on Friday.
