Incoming Exchange From Asheville

Monte Davis was exchange driector for an an incoming exchange by the Asheville, North Carolina, club September 8 to 11, 2005. Eleven ambassadors from the Asheville area were here. Two dropped out for fear of no gasoline and one had to attend a funeral in Indiana. On Thursday, the day of their arrival, there was a pot-luck dinner at Big Canoe. On Friday the ambassadors went to Cartersville to the Booth Western Museum. On Saturday, seven of the ambassadodrs went to the tour of Homes at Bent Tree. Some of the men played golf with Huw Williams. On Suinday there was a catered brunch at Big Canoe, after which the ambassadors went to Lake Hartwell.
