The Canoe Lodge is located fairly close to the main gate of Big Canoe. To get to the main gate, drive north from the intersection of Georgia 53 and Steve Tate Highway 1.7 miles, and find it on the left. Obtain a pass at the gate, and proceed on Wilderness Parkway. Go to the first stop sign, and turn right into the parking lot. Here is a map:
